Barry Calahan - Minister of Music

Barry joined the staff at Southside in January of 2008 from Carlsbad, NM.  He loves the Lord with all His heart and makes a joyful noise to the Lord through his Worship and through his love.  Barry has since begun working with the Southside Choir developing their musical abilities as well as beginning anew with a brand new praise team, his love for music and for people and for the Lord truly show through his sweet spirit and abilities to lead us to the throne in Worship of our King.

Barry is married to Sandra Calahan and has three daughters, Amy, Bethany, and Kristin.

Stacie Winkler - Children's Minister

Stacie Winkler joined the staff at Southside in May of 2008 as the interim Minister of Children, then on July 13, she became a part-time staff member.  She graduated from Wayland Baptist University in May of 2008, majoring in Composite Religion degree. She loves working with children and has a passion to teach them about the love of Jesus Christ.  She wants to see children grow in their spiritual walk with Jesus.

Laurna Coudding - Administrative Ministry Assistant

Laurna joined the staff at Southside in January of 1997 as the Administrative Ministry Assistant and has since seen Southside grow in their knowledge of Jesus Christ and the ministries done in His Name.  She loves the Lord and loves serving this church with all her heart. 

Laurna is Married to Billy Don Coudding and has two daughters, Linda and Dianna as well as four grandchildren; Addie and Drew (Linda) and Collin and Christopher (Dianna).

Judy Evans - Receptionist

Judy is the smiling face you see when you come in the doors of the offices at Southside Baptist Church. She's always there waiting to be your first contact and help you with anything you need.  Judy joined the staff at Southside in November of 2004 and loves serving the members and visitors of Southside with all her heart, she loves the Lord and has an amazing servant's heart to meet any need you have.

Judy is married to Gene Evans and has four kids...Robert (Married to Gidget-Granddaughter Emily), Michelle (Married to Chad-Expecting a son in April-Caleb), Leanna (Grandson-Kaedyn) and Shane (Married to Amanda)
